Dial-A-Ride provides curb-to-curb and wheelchair-accessible transportation for seniors and persons with disabilities in North Douglas County. The curb-to-curb service will get you to doctor appointments, shopping, leisure or social activities and back during set daytime hours five days a week.
Who Can Ride?
Senior citizens 60 years of age and over
People of all ages with disabilities
If space is available, others may ride
Etiquette
Be on time
No food, drinks, or smoking
Boisterous behavior is not permitted
Cancel if your plans change
Wear seat belts
Bring only belongings that you can carry, including items acquired on your trip.
Donations are welcome! They enable us to provide better service.
How Do I Get a Ride?
Rides are provided first-come, first-served, on a reservation, shared-ride basis. Same day request are provided on a space available basis. You may request a ride one to 14 days in advance.
To schedule a ride, call 888.232.8121. Have ready your appointment time, the exact address, and your return time. Dial-A-Ride will call you to confirm your exact pick-up time the day prior to your trip.
If you need wheelchair accommodations or will be accompanied by an attendant or companion, please notify us when reserving your ride.
Please note, because of the limited capacity of the service, not all rides that are requested can be provided

The service area extends to Elkton, Drain, Upper Smith River, Curtin, Cox Creek, Rice Hill and Yoncalla.
